Around 2020, I told my mom and dad I wanted to start a clothing company with them. I didn’t know much about running a business yet. But I had an idea, and we were willing to learn.
For the next two years, my dad and I learned everything we could. We worked through ideas, different designs, and a lot of names. One of those names was DripFit. Eventually, we found the one that actually meant something to us: Already Famous.
Why the name matters
Growing up, I was bullied. I spent a lot of time trying to fit in and worrying about whether people accepted me. I’m still learning and still working through some of that. But I’ve started to understand that I don’t need someone else’s approval to feel good about who I am.
I can love myself as I am and still keep growing. Making myself a priority doesn’t mean caring less about other people. It means remembering that I deserve the same care and respect I give them.
“To the people who truly see you, you’re already a star.”
That’s what Already Famous means to me. The people who want the best for you see your worth before the rest of the world does. They believe in you, stand beside you, and push you to become even better. You’re already famous in their eyes.
My family and I are building this business around that feeling. Through our clothes, posters, coasters, and custom designs, we want people to express what they love and feel comfortable being themselves.
You don’t have to wait for the spotlight to know you matter.
